Lily + Eli | Cinematic Farmhouse Wedding, St. Louis, Missouri

Documenting a wedding day is so much more than taking photos. It truly is. I know this sounds cliche, but I would be fooling you if I said it was that easy.

To have the wedding of my bride and grooms DREAMS I am always searching for the little moments. The moments that people often miss. These often become my favorite of the entire wedding day, and I often find they are the moments people hire me for.

In particular on this cozy, rainy, simple day, we all gathered at this beautiful farmhouse in St. Louis county to tell Lily + Eli’s story and I am so excited to share it with you. This wedding day was so sweet and genuine and so full of love and it was overwhelming at times. At the reception I was even a weeping mess at the first dance, the father/daughter dance and the mother/son dance. When you know your couples and what they have been brought through, it’s hard to not get to that place.
